Warranties, Returns, Shipping

Warranty protection is the responsibility of the manufacturer. d.a.Niels Gourmet Kitchenware does not offer product warranties.

Returns Policy:

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition with tags/labels attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item. Contact the store directly to process your return.

A full refund, minus the shipping fees, will be issued upon receipt of the item. 

Return fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed during regular business hours. Items listed as “in stock" are usually ready for shipping the following business day.

A complete street address with postal code is required for shipment.

Shipping Costs:

Winnipeg:

• Flat fee of $9.99 for next day courier delivery within City limits
• Free Pick-up in Store or Curbside Pick-up Available

Canada:

• Flat fee of $30.00 per order to most locations in Canada
• Free shipping on orders over $200 (before taxes) 
• Large weight and large size items will be sent by freight. Contact the store for individual pricing.
• Electricals aren’t eligible for free shipping
