Granton knives have been making fine cutlery in Sheffield, England for many generations.  All our knives are made entirely in our Sheffield factory using traditional skills backed by the latest technology. Granton knife blades are made from stainless steel which has been specially formulated to achieve the optimum balance between maximum hardness and corrosion resistance.  All Granton blades are hardened and tempered using the latest cryogenic heat treatment technology and each production run is hardness tested as part of our stringent quality control system to ensure that each and every knife will perform to its maximum capability.  This Santoku is most often used for chopping, dicing, and mincing.
