Sturdy stainless steel wires are attached to the 7/8" diameter chrome handle of the 10" Best Standard French Whisk (Whip). A hermetic epoxy seal joins the wires to the handle.  The whip is designed to blend, emulsify and aerate sauces, batters and vinaigrettes. Use for all-purpose stirring, mixing & blending.  Great for eggs, puddings, sauces and gravies. Each whips wire length is balanced with its handle and grip dimensions for effortless and efficient use.
